1. Nature of our services

HYVANIX is a business services consultancy. We coordinate registration, compliance, licensing, intellectual property, branding, technology and marketing work, delivered either by our own team or by qualified associate professionals. Information published on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation.

2. Quotations and fees

• Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and may change based on your entity type, state, turnover, number of applicants and the current government fee schedule.
• A quotation issued to you is the binding figure for that scope, and is valid until the validity date stated on it.
• Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs are itemised separately and are payable in addition to our professional fees unless the quotation says otherwise.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing rates.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information.
• Respond to information requests promptly — statutory timelines are not within our control.
• Make required payments, including government fees, on time.
• Inform us of any change in facts that affects a pending application or filing.

We are not responsible for delays, rejections or penalties caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information from your side.

4. Timelines and government outcomes

Estimated timelines assume complete documentation and normal processing at the relevant department. Approvals, registrations and certificates are granted by government authorities at their discretion. HYVANIX does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, approval or processing time.

5. Client portal accounts

• Portal registrations are reviewed and activated by HYVANIX. Creating an account or confirming your email address does not by itself grant access.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend an account for misuse, security reasons or non-payment.
• Do not upload unlawful content or documents you are not authorised to share.

6. Intellectual property

The HYVANIX name, logo, website content and design are our property. Deliverables created for you under a paid engagement — such as brand assets or a website — transfer to you on full payment, unless the quotation states otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually paid to HYVANIX for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
