Your dashboard at a glance
Every engagement you buy from HYVANIX appears in your dashboard as an active service card with its own reference number, assigned manager and expected completion date.
The progress stepper shows exactly which stage your filing is in — from documents collected through government submission to final certificate delivery.
Uploading documents
Drag files into the document portal or use the file picker. Files are stored privately and are only visible to you and the HYVANIX team working on your case.
Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, PNG and common office documents up to 10 MB each. Rejected documents show a reason so you can re-upload quickly.
Payments and invoices
Invoices are issued per milestone. Paid invoices can be downloaded any time from the billing section for your accountant or auditor.
